About iNonius Project
Background
Each Internet user feels the Internet is ‘fast’ or ‘slow’ on daily life. We believe it is necessary to make it quantitative by measuring and visualizing some items related to quality. With this background, we launched this project.
Purpose
iNonius aims to quantitatively understand the quality of the Internet environment for Internet users, and aims to become the vernier scale (German: Nonius) of the Internet.
